FOUNTAIN CITY ICE
Fountain City® Ice is a Kansas City-owned and operated company producing over 70,000 pounds of clear, custom ice every month.
We supply bars, restaurants, retailers and consumers with everything from packaged cocktail cubes, to custom-monogrammed ice. Fountain City® Ice also offers fresh citrus and syrups for bars and restaurants. ​​​
ABOUT US
Fountain City Ice has 3 Clinebell machines in-house. These machines allow ice to be directionally frozen into 300lb blocks, pushing out all of the impurities. This creates crystal clear ice blocks that will then be hand-carved into cubes.

Fountain City Ice filters all the water for producing ice and fresh syrups via a
4-phase filtration system through Carbon and Coconut husk.
